CIRCO EUROPIA – Circle Of Neon Stars
Circo Europia are a Macedonian band led by the former vocalist of Anastasija and Mizar Goran Trajkoski, and supplemented by some of the best young talent in the country. The album combines a love of cabaret with disdainful political observations reminiscent in the work of Romanian philosopher Emil Cioran. One will find influences ranging from Bertolt Brecht, Nino Rota, Ute Lemper and Édith Piaf musically supported by a cabaret with a gothic touch to it.
